PRESCRIPTIONS AND REFILLS

We proudly use electronic prescribing to improve prescription
safety and efficiency. Prescriptions and refills are issued
during regular office hours. Please allow 48 hours for your
prescription to be approved by the doctor and ready at the
pharmacy. Call your local pharmacy for all refill requests and
to check on the status of a request. You may also request
prescritptions through our patient portal.

TEST RESULTS

We send results for every test. If you have studies ordered
by your physician, you will be contacted by letter or telephone
within 2 weeks. If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of
a test, please call us. Test results may also be sent to you
through our patient portal.

REFERRAL POLICY

If your doctor orders a test or refers you to another physician
and a referral is required, you first need to set up your appointment
then call our office with details so a referral can be processed.
Allow 5-7 business days as some referrals pend for medical necessity.
Your request will not be processed if you do not give us five days
notice (except in emergency situations).
